*１９６９年の「レット・イット・ブリード」製作時のセッションも模様を収めた盤であります。この頃にはもうストーンズには欠かすことの出来ない存在になっていたピアノのニッキー・ホプキンスを中心にソロ・デビュー直前のスライド・ギター、ライ・クーダー氏、キースさん抜きのストーンズ勢によるもの。キースさん遅刻したとかライさんとケンカしたとか言われてますが[(^o^)]。内容はもうダラダラしてます。ははは。セッションちゅうのはバンドやった事のある方なら１回はしたことがあると思います。手持ちぶたさの時とか遊びで特に曲を決めないでその場の雰囲気で適当に合わせてやるもの。ストーンズの場合これの繰り返しで形を煮詰めて最終的にアルバムを完成させると聴いたことあり。しっかしまあここでやってるのはもう完全に遊びだな。こうゆうのまで発売されちゃうのはさすがストーンズだけどキースさんがライさんのフレーズを盗んだとか言われてることでもあり、ま何より一線のロック・バンドのセッションが公式盤で聴けることなど滅多にあるもので無し、曲を楽しむとかとは別の次元で興味しんしん。どこのとこ盗んだのかなあとか。ははは。誰がノってて誰がお付き合いでやってるとか。こうゆう時一番暇なのがヴォーカルさん。そこはミックくん、何やってるかとゆうと適当に歌ってるほかは必殺ハープ吹いている模様。これがまたうまい。あと聴きモノはやっぱライさんのギター。あの特徴のある伸びないスライドがたっぷりと。ソロ作とは一味違うスタイルで聴き入ってしまいます。無尽蔵スタミナのリズムコンビやら華麗なるニッキーさんのピアノやらマグマがまだドロドロしてる状態なのを覗き見出来る快感が一番のヤジウマ観戦アルバムでつい買っちゃたりしちゃいますこうゆうのロックファンってやつぁ。お金無いのに＜[~O~]＞hahaha。 (マスター)2004.1.4 |
